YOURGLUCO Glucogel 40% Oral Glucose Gel 25g

Glucogel raises blood glucose levels quickly and provides a fast acting energy boost in the form of Dextrose Gel (40% dextrose). Each tube contains 10g of fast acting glucose.

Each triple pack of GlucoGel consists out of 3x25g tubes of GlucoGel containing 10g of carbohydrates each, mainly in the form of dextrose (glucose). It is always best to check blood glucose before taking Glucogel to confirm that blood glucose is low.

NICE guidelines state that when 10-20g of carbohydrates are administered, blood glucose levels should increase in 5-15 minutes. Glucogel can be administered through a PEG tube, however you would not expect as quick absorption as you would through the buccal route (mouth/oral administration).

Glucogel has never been tested on animals. Glucogel is Gluten, Dairy, Lactose, Wheat and Fat free.
